Quality
We strive to provide you with a handcrafted piece of jewelry that is as well made as it is beautiful! By only buying and using high quality materials, you can rest assured that, with the proper care, your jewelry will bring you many years of joy! Our sterling silver beads and all of our clasps are .925 sterling silver. We use 14kt gold-filled for all of our "gold" bracelet designs. The process by which gold-filled beads are made creates a much stronger bead with a very durable finish. The manufacturers use a heat bonding process to add layers of 14kt gold over a sturdy metal base then the bead is drawn or rolled into shape. This finish is NOT the same as a gold plated finish, which will chip or wear off in a short time. The gold-filled finish will not "rub off". We do not use anything silver plated or gold plated in any part of anything we design. We do not use 14kt gold beads for bracelets because, as we learned from personal experience, they tend to dent and scratch easily. We will be happy to special order 14kt beads at your request. There is an additional charge of $30.00 per strand for a bracelet. Our crystal beads are genuine Swarovski Crystals from Austria. | |||||||

Care
The best way to care for our jewelry is to use a soft, treated polishing cloth such as the Connoisseurs Brand, which can be picked up at any jewelry retailer, Wal-Mart or Target. Please clean it regularly to maintain it's beauty and appeal. Please do not use a jewelry dip, as the chemicals in those dips will remove the "antique" look on many of our Bali beads and the Sterling Silver letter beads. When your jewelry is not being worn, we suggest that you keep it in a sealed small plastic bag to protect the silver. It is the exposure to air that encourages tarnish. Keep your bracelet away from swimming pool water and home cleaning chemicals and it will remain a treasured piece for many years to come. | |||||||

Sizing
It is important to measure your wrist properly when ordering your bracelet, as there will be a restringing fee of $5.00 per strand when a bracelet is ordered too short/long. To measure, start with a flexible measuring tape. Measure around your wrist pulling the tape across your wrist bone. Make sure the tape measure is pulled snug. Write this measurement down. Add 1.5 inches to your measurement and that is the correct size to order. This will be the finished length of the bracelet from the end of the toggle to the end of the bar. Generally, with multiple strand bracelets, we may have to add some to the length to ensure the clasp closes easily and hangs properly on your wrist. Children - measure your child's wrist the same way and add 1/2 inch to their measurement. All of our children's bracelets come with a heart lobster clasp.
Just a note about sizing. Each adult strand can accommodate a maximum of 12 letters. If necessary, we reserve the right to use smaller beads (including letter beads) to maintain the integrity of the design while accommodating longer names. | |||||||

Returns Due to the custom nature of your purchase, we cannot accept returns outside the 30-day "Satisfaction Guarantee" window. We do, however, want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. Many of our items including Mother's bracelets, are "custom designs" which allows you the flexibility to design your own piece of jewelry. This also requires you to order something without knowing exactly what it will look like. At pink pearl designs, you have the option** of having a picture of your piece emailed to you as soon as it is complete for your final approval! ** For gifts, please include a secondary email in the event that the recipient is a snooper! |

Pink Pearl Designs utilizes Pay Pal to accept and process credit card
payments. Pay Pal accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. At
the point where you click "buy now", you will be taken to Pay Pal's secure
server to process the payment. Pink Pearl Designs never receives your credit
card information. It is easier than ever to use Pay Pal, as you no longer need
to set up an account to purchase merchandise through the system. You simply
enter your information as you would on any secure e-commerce site. Pay Pal is

Shipping We are pleased to offer you free standard shipping on all domestic orders. We ship via Insured US Mail which takes 3-5 business days to arrive once it is shipped out.
